In a key event for the year, JHC are pleased to hold a seminar to showcase the current issues in Wealth Management. This will be held at Conference Centre, City Road, Finsbury Square, London at 9.30 on the 14th October 2010.
This year we are pleased to have as our Guest Speaker Michael Maslinski, a renowned commentator on the Wealth Management industry whose consultancy were named the consultancy with the best understanding of the industry recently. His Keynote speech will be “ Wealth Management is not Portfolio Management” which explores the trends in the marketplace including a more broadly based approach to risk, and how to get clients more involved in their own affairs.
FIGARO has also invited our partner community to highlight the trends they see in the market place. These include suppliers of Risk Management, Document storage, Hosting and Market data.

At the prestigious Systems in the City 2010 event in front of Stockbrokers, Fund Managers and Investment Bankers on board HQS Wellington, Stephen Pinner, the Managing Director of Goodacre UK, announced this year’s winners of the Systems in the City Awards.
JHC’s Figaro was the winner of “Best Retail Settlement System” for the second year running as well as picking up the award for “Most Cost Effective System”. John Motson, the celebrated football commentator, presented Managing Director, John Blackman with the awards.

On March 15th 2010 the JHC Birmingham office moved to the prestigious Temple Point development in the heart of Birmingham city centre. The new premises afford JHC the opportunity to accommodate their proposed increase in staff numbers for the foreseeable future.
Managing Director, John Blackman says “JHC has had it’s registered office in Birmingham since it’s formation 25 years ago by John Hemming. This move is integral for the plans we have for JHC in very agreeable surroundings”.
