Training Policy

Course Bookings
Our policy is to have a maximum of 8 delegates per course in order to ensure each delegate receives adequate time with / access to the trainer.

Payment for training
We will invoice at the end of the month in which training takes place.

Cancellations
All courses will be considered provisionally booked until confirmed by email.  It is possible to cancel a course up to 30 days prior to a course due date without incurring cancellation fees.  Beyond that time the below cancellation policy will apply:

Notice             Cancellation Fee
30+ days               No fee charged
15 – 29 days                  50%
8 – 14 days                    75%
<7 days                       100%

If a course date needs to be rearranged for unavoidable reasons please  speak to either your JHC training contact or Client Manager as soon as possible.  We will endeavour to accommodate any requests without charge to you.
